One Front West

One Front Street West, one of Canada’s most desirable and recognizable addresses, is set to undergo a transformative redevelopment. Jorg produced exterior renderings of this iconic Canadian landmark to demonstrate design concepts to the City of Toronto and the public. The proposal, designed by architectsAlliance for Larco Investments, involves the adaptive re-use of the historic Dominion Public Building, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use destination. The project includes two new towers of 45 and 49 storeys, which will house rental apartments and a boutique hotel, along with new retail and restaurant spaces, all integrated with the heritage podium.
