Leinster Square Flat

This apartment is a Grade II listed, Victorian terraced flat overlooking Leinster Square in London’s Notting Hill neighbourhood. The flat features original 19th-century details including skirting, cornices and mouldings. The new design by Banda features timber flooring, stone architraves, marble counter-tops, and high-end furniture – almost all requiring custom modelling.

We created a balance between these many details and their interaction with light to create a series of peaceful and calmly lit CGIs that make the apartment feel luxurious and inviting.
