25 Richmond Condos

Jorg produced a series of interior renderings for the Yonge + Rich development at 25 Richmond Street East in Toronto, a 46-storey condo tower by developer Great Gulf. As the building’s construction shifted from exterior work to interior finishing, these renderings visualized the suite’s material finish upgrades offered to condo purchasers. A soft overcast lighting scheme was chosen to present the natural color and texture of the materials without the influence of direct sunlight or interior lighting, ensuring that potential buyers could fully appreciate the quality of the finishes.
