Junction Point
Junction Point is an 8-storey mid-rise condominium designed by architectsAlliance for Gairloch Developments, located at the northwest corner of Brad Street and Dundas Street West in Toronto’s West Bend neighborhood. The building is defined by its distinctive architectural shape, striking brick exterior, and expansive terraces, all of which harmonize with the surrounding area.
The residences and common areas designed by Commute Design Studio are crafted with a focus on quality and comfort. Ranging from approximately 390 to over 1,400 square feet, each unit features 9 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and thoughtfully selected finishes like Caesarstone countertops and backsplashes in the kitchens and bathrooms. Custom Trevisana cabinetry and high-performance stainless-steel appliances further enhance the living spaces.
Jorg visualized the suites, amenities, and exteriors of Junction Point, including a fully-equipped gym, a versatile lounge with a showpiece kitchen, and expansive terraces. Our renderings highlight the project’s attention to detail, capturing the appealing design and inviting atmosphere of this development.
