Leinster Square Apartments
Located in London’s Notting Hill, this Grade II listed Victorian terraced flat at 13–19 Leinster Square offers a blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Behind its stucco-fronted façade with tall, arched windows, the property includes five maisonettes, eight spacious apartments, and two penthouses with sunken roof terraces. The design by Banda integrates timber flooring, stone architraves, marble countertops, and custom furniture, all meticulously modeled by Jorg to complement the flat’s original 19th-century features, such as skirting, cornices, and mouldings.
Jorg’s CGIs capture the serene ambiance created by the interplay of natural light with these luxurious materials, highlighting the apartment’s refined and inviting atmosphere. The design also frames views of the Square’s lush gardens, enhancing the connection between the interiors and the surrounding historic landscape.
