The Mason at Brightwater

Jorg visualized both the mid-rise and low-rise phases of the Brightwater community development, a transformative 72-acre project in Port Credit. Developed by West Village Partners—a joint venture of Kilmer Group, Dream Unlimited Corp, Diamond Corp, and FRAM + Slokker—Brightwater is designed to be a vibrant, diverse waterfront community where people can live, work, and play. Our renderings were crafted to ensure that both phases complemented each other, supporting a cohesive visual story for the sales launch and marketing materials, while respecting the character and energy of Port Credit’s existing neighbourhoods.
